Online Classes
Online classes from WSD are six weeks of instruction through the Zoom app. Students who register will be receiving a Zoom link to connect during their class time, access to recorded classes in case they have to miss their scheduled class, and some fun extras. WSD Teachers will be emphasizing elements from the WSD curricula that can best be practiced in a home environment, and creating new ways to explore music, movement and performance.
Students can register for online classes through our Parent Portal. Account credits from our recent closure can be applied to online class tuition. Online class tuition is a one time fee that covers 6 weeks of scheduled instruction, access to class videos and additional content. Online class tuition is non-refundable.

Requirements
Dancers registering for Online classes at WSD must have access to a computer with camera, or other device that allows them to participate in a Zoom meeting. You can learn more about the Zoom app, and how it works here.
Students should have a safe, open space where they can execute movement. Online classes are developed with the intention of being danced in a home environment, so most living rooms, bedrooms, etc. will work fine. If you have any questions about your space, please contact us.
As with our regular offerings, enrollment in Upper Level classes will depend on teacher recommendation. If you are unsure of your placement in the online offerings, we are happy to help.
Our classes for Very Young Dancers are divided into three levels: Grown Up and Me for dancers ages 18mos to 4yrs with an adult, Creative Movement for ages 3 and 4, and Pre-Ballet/Tap for ages 5 and 6. More information about our VYD programs is available here.
We are very interested in discussing your plans for your child’s dance education. Please contact us for input on class choices. We love the opportunity to help shape a student’s training and education.
