Registration
Once you have decided on your classes, please familiarize yourself with our studio policies and tuition schedule and let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Visit our Parent Portal or click on the registration tab above. Your $30.00 registration fee will secure your spot in the class of you choice.
Tuition and Fees for In Studio
Tuition for our in studio classes can be paid by semester or installments. Semester I tuition is due by September 15th, and Semester II tuition is due by February 15th. A finance charge of 5% will be assessed to any account paid past these dates.
There is a discount for electing to pay by semester and semesters run from September through January, and February through June.
Installment tuition is the undiscounted semester tuition divided into three equal payments over the course of a semester. Customers electing installment tuition must enroll in Auto-Pay with a debit or credit card.
Tuition for in studio classes is non-refundable.

Tuition and Fees for Grown Up and Me
Grown Up and Me classes at WSD are organized into six week sessions. Class tuition is a one time fee that covers 6 weeks of scheduled instruction and is non-refundable.

Dancers who participate in our Spring Recital will be subject to costume and/or fees. Information about costuming costs can be found on the performances page. Participation in our performances is not mandatory, however students who do wish to perform will be required to have the selected costuming.
Students must be dressed appropriately for the classroom or they will not be permitted to take class. Please familiarize yourself with our class attire requirements and let us know if you have any questions.
Parents and guests are welcome in our lobby. Every six weeks we will have a scheduled Parent Observation where parents are invited into the classroom to observe their dancer’s progress. Additional observation opportunities can be arranged by appointment.
Closures
Any studio closure will be announced on our outgoing voice message as well as posted on the front page of our website. Additionally, we will contact any affected families using the email address on file. Please see our calendar for regularly scheduled school holidays and events.
